1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Audio Bike (the "Service") processes information when you visit our website, use the online radio player, or install the Service as a progressive web app (PWA). Audio Bike is a directory and player for live internet radio. We do not require registration to listen. We do not sell personal data.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process the following categories of data: • Technical usage data — pages visited, browser type, device type, language preference, and similar diagnostics needed to operate and improve the Service. • Approximate location — country and sometimes city inferred from your IP address to show a relevant country label and catalog context. This lookup may use third-party geo-IP services. • Local preferences on your device — for example, theme (light/dark), list or grid view, volume level, and the alias of the last played station. These are stored in your browser (localStorage and/or cookies) and are not used to identify you on our servers unless stated otherwise below. • Analytics — we use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-0VWB0VKGEL) to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. Google may set its own cookies and process data under its policies. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the basic listening features.

We use the information described above to: • provide and maintain the player, catalog, search, and playback features; • remember your interface preferences; • measure audience size and improve performance and content organization; • protect the Service against abuse and technical failures; • comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles inside Audio Bike, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. Streams and third-party broadcasters
When you press play, your browser connects directly to the stream URL operated by the radio station or its hosting provider. That third party may log connection data (such as IP address, user agent, and listening time) under its own privacy practices. Audio Bike does not receive or store the audio content of broadcasts and does not monitor what you listen to for profiling purposes.
6. Retention and your rights
Server-side logs and analytics data are kept only as long as needed for operations, security, and statistics, then deleted or aggregated. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channels published on the Audio Bike website. If you use Google Analytics, you may also use Google's opt-out tools and browser add-ons.
7. International transfers and children
Our infrastructure and service providers may process data in countries other than yours. We take reasonable steps to protect data in line with this policy. The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can delete it where appropriate.
