1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Audio Bike website, web player, progressive web app (PWA), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by the rights holder of Audio Bike ("we", "us", or the "Operator"). 1.2. Audio Bike is an online radio directory and player. We help you discover and listen to live internet radio streams published by third-party broadcasters. We do not produce the broadcasts, do not own the stations, and do not guarantee that every listed stream is available at all times. 1.3. By opening the Service, using the player, or continuing to browse after these Terms are published, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. 1.4. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding obligations. 1.5. Certain features may be governed by additional rules shown in the interface. If those rules conflict with these Terms for a specific feature, the feature-specific rules prevail.
2. The Service
2.1. The Service lets you browse a catalog of internet radio stations by country, genre, and other filters; search stations; open station pages; and play live audio streams in your browser or installed PWA. 2.2. Station metadata (names, logos, genres, stream URLs, and related information) is collected from public catalogs and third-party sources and may change without notice. Stream playback is provided directly by broadcasters or their hosting partners, not by Audio Bike. 2.3. Some streams use HTTP rather than HTTPS. For technical reasons, such streams may open in a separate browser tab or window instead of playing inline on a secure page. 2.4. The Service is provided free of charge in its current form. We may add, change, or remove features, including favorites, filters, catalog sections, or playback options. 2.5. No account is required to listen. If account-based features are introduced later, separate terms may apply. 2.6. You are responsible for your internet connection, device, browser compatibility, and any data charges from your network provider.
3. Acceptable use
3.1. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial listening and lawful browsing, unless we give you written permission for another use. 3.2. You must not: • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law; • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass technical limits of the Service or its APIs; • redistribute, resell, or publicly retransmit streams obtained through the Service except as permitted by the relevant broadcaster; • misrepresent your affiliation with Audio Bike or with any radio station; • upload malware, run automated attacks, or interfere with other users' access. 3.3. Broadcast content (music, speech, advertising, and other material in live streams) belongs to the respective rights holders and broadcasters. Audio Bike does not claim ownership of that content. 3.4. If we reasonably believe that your use threatens the security, stability, or lawful operation of the Service, we may restrict or suspend access without prior notice.
4. Privacy
4.1. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use Audio Bike, including cookies, local storage, analytics, and approximate location derived from IP address. 4.2. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
5.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted playback, catalog completeness, stream quality, compatibility with every device, or accuracy of station information. 5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of data or profits; interruption of streams; actions of broadcasters, hosts, or networks; or content transmitted in third-party broadcasts. 5.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
6. Changes and termination
6.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Material changes may also be noted in the Service interface where practical. 6.2. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service. 6.3. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, legal, or business reasons.
7. Intellectual property and contact
7.1. The Audio Bike name, branding, website design, software, and catalog presentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law. 7.2. Station names, logos, and broadcast content remain the property of their respective owners.
